Great Quality Replacement Spout — Better Than the Original!
I’m an event planner and own plenty of beverage dispensers, so it was a huge disappointment when the plastic lever on one of my favorites snapped during an event. I wasn’t sure if this replacement spout would fit, but I decided to take a chance—and I’m so glad I did.The fit was perfect, and the quality honestly exceeded my expectations. These spouts are solid metal, unlike my original plastic one, which explains why the old lever broke so easily. This new one feels sturdy and durable all the way through.It comes with gaskets that were slightly different from the ones on my dispenser, but I tested them with both warm and cold water, and there were zero leaks. That alone made me happy! Another feature I love is the included filter—such a smart addition. I often use fruit in my beverages, and fruit pieces sometimes clog the spout. With the filter, that won’t be an issue anymore.I was also pleasantly surprised to see that the lever does not have the brand name printed on it like the product photo shows. The lever is blank, which I prefer. I chose the polished silver, and it matches the lid of my dispenser perfectly.The only tiny downside is that you can see the screw holding the lever in place, but it’s minimal and probably something only I would notice.Overall, I’m extremely happy with this replacement spout and would absolutely recommend it—especially if you’re replacing a plastic one. Beautiful upgrade to your drink dispenser!
I got this for my creamer dispenser which has a rustic feel to it and I ordered the spigot in the oil rubbed bronze. I removed the PLASTIC spigot that came with it and was absolutely delighted that this one was stainless steel! But things only got better from there. They included two aesthetic rings to choose from, one in polished silver and the other to match the oil rubbed bronze. They also had 2 silicone mushroom washers and a stainless steel nut to put it all together. AND! They included a silicone screen attachment to catch any stray pulp or tea pieces! This spigot should last forever! And if you are in the business of catering and providing drinks in dispensers these are going to be one-and-done solution. They add class and quality to the table and they come in different finishes to choose from. I absolutely LOVE it! Now for the technical stuff. The diameter was smaller than the one that came with it, but the silicone washers and stainless nut took care of ANY potential leakage, nice and snug. It projects out from the container about 2 inches and is about 2 1/2 inches in height. I got excited and installed it without measuring the diameter and didn’t want to take it back off to measure. The ad says it is not dishwasher safe, but it is easy to clean by hand and you could use straw brushes to clean the inside.

Perfect fit for Berkey water filter

missing metal ring
Well, the overall build quality is excellent. Very easy to install. It's very solid and durable. However, one of the metal ring to hold the washer is missing. so this whole thing is not usable because it will leak.

Nice: solid and hefty. Valve turns easily and closes securely. I chose a gallon mason jar with a flat side to mount to so I can speak for what the minimum radius it can mount to or speak to what the maximum glass thickness is.The spigot is durable and it functions and flows well. The flow, as expected, slows as the level in the jar drops. All-in-all this (and a trip to a roadside antique store) will bless you with a even better value... an affordable dispenser for "sun tea".
