Much better than I expected.
I bought this Mug with a little concern over some of the negative reviews. Then I noticed many of the complaints were for the more expensive model with the vertical groves. This model has smooth sides and is the one I am reviewing. I have to say, I was surprised of the quality of this mug. It is really well made and it works exactly as described. It charged right up, but take note, watch the type of charger used as the higher power charger probably will not work with this product. I was so impressed with this cup that I ordered another for my wife and may order more for my family. I will make remarks on this review if I have any problems; otherwise, this is a wonderful product.

Bought 2. Neither work.
Bought my husband 2 for Christmas. Charged them fully. 1 worked for about 5 seconds and would not turn on again even after charging again. The second never did work. So disappointed ☹️

Husband loves this cup
I bought this for my husband as a kind of after thought gift for Christmas '23. He loves it and still uses it all the time. It does a great job of mixing his drink (almost always coffee), and he has even told other people about it. It still works great and looks good with his own stickers for decorating... the volume may be small for some people, but it's good for him.

Power button doesn’t work.
Update- found that lightly, very lightly, touching the button gets it to come in. And it does mix well. Have upgraded my review.Can’t get it to turn on. Then it will randomly turn on when I’m not even touching the button. There is definitely a problem with the power button. Waste of time and money.

Awesome product
I love the fact I don't have to use a spoon or a stir. Once I read the instructions it was easy to use. I was going off comments that were incorrect.Update:I still 💯 love this. Did find that when I went to my mother in laws she made coffee in a special electric maker and if is hotter then it should be the cup did get hot. Best if used in a reg. coffee maker. I use a electric hot water heater and have a speacial filter and doesn't burn your hand.

Stopped Working
When I got the cup, it was great, mixed very well. However as the battery started to die the cup would just randomally mix most of the time with nothing in it. I re-charged the battery and since then, nothing. I can't get it to mix at all. It's still a decent size for the drink I have daily, and keepts it cold, but wish it still mixed as that's the main reason I bought the cup.

I like this cup because of the fact that you can turn it on and add your ingredients by sprinkling them in and it’s mixing them for you. I will fill this cup just over half way with milk and turn it on. Then I’ll sprinkle my protein drink in along with my collagen, spirulina, and my D ribose. Wala, all mixed up and ready to drink, no chunkies nice and smooth I really love it
