The picture makes it look heavy duty and decent quality when I opened box it was very thin metal and kinda chintzy but does work as it should
I ordered this hanging pot and pan rack to free up cabinet space and originally planned to use it for cast iron cookware. Installation was straightforward even with no instructions included, and the size is as listed at a little over 28 inches wide and hanging around 23 inches down. It comes with swag hangers and S hooks, which makes setup flexible depending on ceiling placement. The rack itself looks nice once installed and does help clear out crowded cabinets. It definitely creates useful vertical storage without taking up wall space. That said, it was not as sturdy as I expected for heavier cookware. After testing it with cast iron, I decided that was pushing its comfort zone. I ended up switching to lighter pots and pans, and it feels much more appropriate for that kind of load. With lighter cookware, everything hangs evenly and feels stable. The S hooks are functional and easy to reposition as needed. The included oven mitts are a nice bonus and feel decently thick for everyday use. They are not luxury mitts, but they are perfectly serviceable. For the price point, this rack does what it needs to do as long as expectations are realistic. It works well as a budget friendly storage solution for lighter cookware. If you are looking to hang very heavy cast iron, this may not be the best fit. For everyday pots and pans, it gets the job done and helps reclaim some much needed kitchen space.
Its pretty good, 1 star off bc its a little wobbly due to the placement of where the chain connects, and 1 off bc it holds only 40 lbs. I like it, but always trying to think of ways to keep it more stable, and not tilting
No installation instructions included
I’m overall happy with this Black Hanging Pot and Pan Rack Organizer, but there are a few things to note before buying. The rack is smaller and a bit flimsier than expected, which is why I’m giving it 4 out of 5 stars. That said, it still does the job and helps free up valuable cabinet space. It comes with 8 S-hooks, which is great for hanging multiple pots and pans. I personally chose to install it using all 4 hooks instead of the single hanging option for better stability, and I’d definitely recommend doing the same if you plan to hang heavier cookware.A nice surprise was the bonus heat-resistant oven mitts—they weren’t something I was expecting, but they’re a useful and thoughtful addition. One downside is that no installation instructions were included, so setup required a bit of trial and error.Despite the size and sturdiness limitations, the rack looks good, works well for lighter to medium cookware, and helps keep the kitchen more organized. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly, space-saving solution and don’t mind figuring out installation on your own, this is a solid option.
