Have an old Hamilton Beach blender that just won’t quit and runs circles around todays crap. Unfortunately, the gaskets dry out and I broke the retaining ring. This kit fixed everything and for the blender back into use. So happy these parts are still available and are well made.
I lost the base to my blender jar. Bought this and it works just fine. I have the glass pitcher. Perfect fit.
Overall good blade replacement. It took some time for the blade to adjust and was scratching the blender. It was too new it was making sparks! Overall happy with the purchase.

This product is substandard to OEM. Arrived disassembled. Have used OEM Hamilton Beach in my restaurants for years. This is a NO.
Old OEM blades worked much better. This one fails to fully crush ice when you blend a drink, leaving ice chunks that refuse to liquify.
The base that came with my original unit was chrome, plated metal, but the chrome has gotten flaky, and now leaves gashes on my hand. So I was very excited to be able to get a replacement rang, this one came with a new blade and gasket. Unfortunately, I’ve had real problems trying to get it tight enough to compress the gasket and it feels like the plastic could break if I tighten it any tighter.I have had some luck using some other gaskets with the ring and new blade. Use caution the first few times you pour your liquid in or it will run all over the counter.
