So far so good! I was a bit skeptical about buying a non-Vitamix brand container, but this container seems sturdy & blends my smoothies just fine. The main difference is that the base is smaller than the original; meaning it doesn't cover the base's prongs. This base sits inside the prongs of the base.
The 32 oz. Vitamix Blender Pitcher was the perfect size for my daily protein shake. I am very pleased with the purchase and it fits perfectly on my Vitamix Blender.
Purchased Aug 18, 2025. Bearing started making noise in October 2025. Ultimately, the bearing is so loud the Blender Pitcher is unusable.
Although it technically works fine for my unit, and does not leak around the top, when I removed the clear plastic insert to clean, I found there were several very hard & sharp edges. They were so sharp that I could have sliced my finger. I ended up filing those sharp edges and that seemed to resolve the issue.Yes, I would order again, due to the great price.
I was reluctant because of some of the reviews, but just received this, washed it, and made my first smoothie in it. I have a Vitamix E310 from Costco a couple years ago.1) It's true that it doesn't have the squre piece at the bottom, so it will not feel as solidly placed on the machine. I instinctively put my hand on top of it as I turned it on low and then increased the speed.2) It blended perfectly.3) The lid is no more difficult to remove than the original. It's heavy-duty, as is the pitcher.4) The size is much more reasonable for one person than the original carafe. Love that. for daily use and cleaning.I find this to be a great value, easy to clean, and genuinely heavy-duty like the original. It costs 1/3 the amount of the brand name item, yet looks and works as if it were made by Vitamix.
Quality or the product isn’t bad. It’s a nice heavy pitcher like original vitamix. BUT, when it comes to blending smoothies using frozen fruit that is where it falls short. You’re gonna be left with chunks of frozen fruit. If using fresh fruit, not frozen, probably okay.
This container was exactly what I needed to make smooth and creamy mixed nut butter in my Vitamix 5200. The smaller container doesn't require as many nuts, and the time it takes to get to the creamy, runny stage is shorter. I hope the container holds up, but since it did such a great job with nut butter I imagine that it will.
