Not a bad option

I received the 48oz pitcher and overall I'm happy with it, but there's a little room for improvement.The overall build quality seems good, granted this is a pretty basic item. I like that the lid appears to hold down very well on the pitcher.However, I did notice that while the pitcher is full at 48oz and the blender is running at higher speed - liquid did have a tendency to leak out near the pour spout a little bit as well as through the top cap and subsequently run down the sides of the pitcher. The top is so shallow that the liquid isn't really carried back into the pitcher.So it does work, and it certainly is an option. Just keep in mind that it doesn't seal quite as well as the original. Also to note is there was no documentation with it whatsoever. No washing instructions, no care instructions, nothing. That should probably be included with the item, at a minimum.

The Vitamix 48oz Blender Pitcher serves as a solid replacement for several Vitamix models and works just as expected. It functions well, blending ingredients correctly without issues. However, the 48oz blade is different from the 64oz blade, which has a more refined shape and design that seems to perform better overall. Because of this, I’d recommend opting for the 64oz replacement if you're looking for the best performance.Overall, it's a 4/5 a good replacement, but the 64oz version is likely worth it more as it is the exact same price.
