Revitalized my Magic Bullet

I use my magic bullet everyday whether for meal prep, smoothies or even trying out different ingredients to make a face mask as such, you could imagine my sadness when my magic bullet was damaged ( the attached pictures shows you what was damaged, the model number.) so I did some research and found this replacement and decided to go for it! Was the best decision I ever made, it was an easy, quick and pain free fix. It’s really simple as long as you find a tutorial on youtube on how to get it done. Fixed my Magic Bullet purchased in 2003

The center gear fell apart after 16 years of consistent use. My Magic Bullet was made and purchased in 2003. I've used it a lot and love it. I contacted Magic Bullet and they wanted the serial number (which is located on a sticker that fell off and was lost years ago and I hadn't written it down) WIthout that number, they couldn't really help, and in any case, the fix looked like it was going to be a replacement.My old MB has a more powerful motor than what they are selling now. So my preference was to repair rather than replace.YouTube to the rescue. Found a video, it's fairly simple to hold the bottom screw in place with a screwdriver and then unscrew the broken base gear. Then replace the gear with one of these. Watch the video though, there's a trick to turning it correctly to unscrew the gear.Did that and it's working great. So all my accessories still work. Also, great value, as I now have backup base gears and replacement blade gears for when those gears break or wear down. I'm happily expecting to get many more years of use thanks to these gears!

I couldn't even believe they made repair parts for this thing, then to find out they fit perfectly and restored it to like new functionality? I was gob smacked.But know when you are relacing the little clear plastic wheel in the motor, it is reverse threaded.

Does not work with 350W Magic Bullet MB-1001.

I have a 350W Magic Bullet, build in 2003. Based on another reviewer's comments, I took a stab and ordered this to replace the base gear that fell apart on my unit, in spite of the fact it is clearly described as being for the 250W model.While the replacement fits the shaft of the motor, when fully threaded on, it sits higher than the old base gear. This means that a cup with a blade attachment can't be pressed down enough to activate the unit.If I could skip the star rating, I would, because it's not fair to judge it when it isn't the right part for the unit I have. I'm sure it's just fine for the unit it's designed for. It was my gamble to hope it would fit my unit. I write this review in order to help others who might have the same question.
