It survived me burning food in it
So far so good, I love this pan!I follow the instructions on how to care for it and use it. I made the mistake of having the stove on too high and burnt some food in it. I was so scared I ruined the pan. Guess what, I didn't! After the pan cooled down the burnt part just wipe up quickly and easily and there is no damage to the pan's non stick surface. Now when I say I burnt the food in the pan, I mean some of it was black but the food wasn't burnt to a crisp or anything like that. Burnt enough, that the food was burnt and 'stuck' to the pan. I could turn the pan upside down and the food wouldn't fall off type of stuck. The one negative I have encountered is that the side of the pan has a chip on it. And when I say side, I mean the rim of the pan. I accidentally banged it twice against the sink when washing it and the banging seems to have taken some of the color off the edge. Its not the surface that food comes into contact with some I wasn't that upset, but I was a little because its suppose to be scratch and bang proof.Needless to say, I am more carefully when washing it so I don't damage it. This is the perfect pan for the price,

Worth the care you have to take
It's been just over a week and I have been using this pan every morning for breakfast. So far, it's pretty impressive. I do have some general ideas about non-stick pans in this price range: I don't expect them to last for years and years (even with the best care); I know I have to baby them a bit; I know that I cannot cook with them at very high heat.PROS:-- Right out of the packaging, the pan looks nice and sturdy.-- It seems to be a bit tougher than other nonstick pans when it comes to using and cleaning.-- It does heat up quickly.-- I was able to make good pancakes in it & my scrambled eggs just slid right out! (By the way, I noticed that the only pancakes that stuck a bit were made with batter higher in sugar content or when I hadn't cleaned the pan well.)-- I don't have the "hot handle" problem I see mentioned in other reviews. I do use the pan on a burner a tiny bit smaller than the bottom of the pan & I think that helps.-- Cleaning it is easy. All I have to do is let the pan cool first. When I am cooking something like pancakes, I can remove stray batter with a silicone spatula. I use a little soap and hot water to get all the residue out.CONS:I was immediately confused by the instructions. The front of the cardboard covers says this is safe for ovens & is "high heat resistant", but elsewhere, it's advised to use low-to-medium heat. This is why I hate the packaging. All the info is on the cardboard that the pan in tucked into. I like to save product info so this is inconvenient.-- Like with most non-stick pans, there are restrictions - ex: no EVOO; and don't heat when empty, etc. Some of these are worse than others. For instance, when fixing anything with a batter (ex: pancakes), I like to heat a pan fairly well before pouring in the batter. However, this pan heats up fast so I can pour in batter without much pre-heating.-- I don't think I will be using this to do any oil-frying because I don't want to use high heat. Also, I won't be large amounts of liquids (water) since it would be easy to let it boil to dry & damage the coating.-- Some of the things hyped about this are not really good for the pans. Says you can use metal utensils but that really isn't advised. The same thing goes for being dishwasher safe. To make the pan last as long as possible, I handwash/dry & keep a soft cloth in the pan when it's stored. Anything to keep from damaging the non-stick surface!-- Although I have a regular gas stove, the instructions for induction cooktops are pretty extensive & I don't know that I would want the extra work.-- For the best info on using, cleaning, and storing this pan, I had to go online. I wish they'd included a paper printout of info instead of my having to try to read that cardboard packaging.Overall, I don't mind the negatives too much because I know to be careful of ALL my nonstick pans. The one negative that bugs me the most is the "don't heat when empty" rule. I do like the pan a lot right now. If it lasts me a few years, I will be happy with it. I do have cheaper pans that are just as good. This one is a really good value though.Basically, the things that make a non-stick pan so good also mean there are drawbacks. This pan proves you don't have to spend a fortune on a decent piece of non-stick cookware.

Nice pans, and pretty too.
I love these pans. I got an 8" and a 10". You don't really know how awful your old pans are until you buy new, and these are great. I do use a bit of spray oil on it when I do eggs because it browns the underside, but you don't have to. Everything just slides right off. I do wash them by hand and use soft utensils even though the directions state otherwise. Love the handles. They do not get hot and I didn't want the soft, rubber type handles. I keep a paper towel between them when stacking.

Quality Product! Go to pan!
I am a fan of the blue diamond pans. I've had the largest one for a long time and finally got the smaller. Love them both! Its my go to pan when cooking. On my stove it heats evenly and quickly. I do use butter or oil for flavor always when I cook, but you wouldn't need to if you don't cook with it. Easy to clean. I will say the handle does get hot especially on the smaller pan. Not sure if it’s because of gas stove but the metal handle is hallow so the heat travels up it.

Truly Non-stick
Fabulous pan. Half the work of cooking is the clean up. I no longer dread scrubbing a pan. I first purchased the 10 inch and loved it so much I bought the 12 inch. They heat quickly and evenly. I haven't had them long enough to comment on longevity of the non-stick surface, but at this point I am not disappointed. I also appreciate how light weight they are. As an older person it really makes kitchen duty much easier. For the price, I feel I made a great purchase.

I LOVE this pan!!
I had a recipe that called for searing the meat in a frying pan and then placing the pan in the oven to finish cooking. I didn’t have a pan that could go in the oven so I looked for an inexpensive one to use and bought this one. It is now the only pan that I use!! It not only goes in the oven, but absolutely nothing sticks to it. I have been cooking ham and cheese omelets every day without using a single drop of oil or butter and they turn out perfectly. It is very lightweight, which makes a difference now that I’m older. I have told everyone in my family about it and I know my sister has ordered one for her house too!

I just needed a good egg pan.
I purchased some fru fru outer space cookware and found out that it had forever chemicals in it. Really? I would have thought that aliens would have solved the issue of forever chemicals. It is a good weight. I'm confident that the coating doesn't have forever chemicals...at least I hope it doesn't. It seems to be a good quality and heats up quickly. I got the small one, it is a good size for two or three eggs. It's nice and flat but has a lip so that you can flip. I just wish that the handle didn't heat up.
