I Like these place mats. The pictures of turtles are realistic. They are washable and durable. The one thing that is negative about them is the thickness of the material. They are a bit too thin and wrinkle easily. Thank you.
Hard to explain, but the material it is made from is not real material. It feels like some sort of thin imitation of cloth. It’s a pretty design, but probably won’t hold up in the wash. I don’t like that it’s not real cotton or linen and that it is so thin. Sent it back.
Cute. They are pretty thin. I used them as accents in a bedroom/bathroom setting.
Cute. Kind of looks like photo. Very thin, see through. Will just use dawn spray on them. Doubt they would hold up on a gentle cycle in the wash. Not worth the price.
Love the picture on the placemat, but the material itself is very flimsy not very good . very thin, not slip resistant at all.
These placemats have an exceptional design that will please kids and adults alike. There are subtleties in the design that are really remarkable. Hat's off to the artist!The placemats are of a soft and flexible texture, a faux linen.The dimension are very, very close to the advertised 12" X 18" (see photos).Although they wipe clean very easily, I also like that they are machine washable (which I usually only do after a particularly messy meal like spaghetti and meatballs).I have no doubt that these high-quality, charming, useful placemats will protect my tables (inside and outside) for a long time to come.I hope this review was helpful, and I highly recommend these placemats.
These placemats are super cute and just like the pictures. They are cloth and kind of on the thinner side but work well with a plain color underneath. I wouldn't stack them on something with a pattern as it could show through. They do clean well for the most part and are a nice addition to a place setting. It says you can machine wash them so that is a big plus for convenience. However, I would still be careful as they market them as anti-wrinkle but they seem like if they do wrinkle they would be difficult to get back to their current state. Overall though they are as I expected and are cute in person.
