Sturdy with lovely color design (blue and tan), large enough to hold a whole morning’s worth of coffee, and a nice “mouth” at the lip of the cup. The lid was very stuck at first, but comes off easily after a few uses/cleanings. The sleeve slides on and off easily and aids in the grip of this massive cup. It’s heavy when fully loaded, so it’s not recommended if arthritis or other issues weaken your grip.

The cut itself is nice looking and seems good quality but the lip is cheaply made and when you try to pop it off once it will break the cups seal and the lip is useless. Avoid this product!
I bought this for my wonderful daughter n law and it’s beautiful with a classy leather cup holder. I want one now and it’s a great price.
It’s a beautiful cup. It’s much heavier than I thought it would be. The only bad part is the lid. It is hard to drink from but also broke within the first 2 weeks of use and no other lids I have will fit it.
Decent quality product but the 5 star rating is for their customer service. Very quick to respond and quickly address any issues, including things that happened outside of their control. Would be happy to purchase from them again!I love the ceramic mug! The leather sleeve is super easy to slip on and definitely helps protect your hand while holding the hot mug. The lid is the only issue I had but about on par with most ceramic travel mug lids I have tried (it's a little stiff and sometimes difficult get on properly, but once it's on it's fine).
