Daily Use, My Favorite Tea Mug

I can't stop using this. It immediately became my first choice for my daily tea.The glaze has this awesome, unique look that makes it feel like art. Each one has slightly different glaze patterns so it really feels handcrafted.The size is PERFECT - it holds a generous 20 ounces, which means fewer refills. Despite the large capacity, it feels just right in my hand - it's not too heavy, but it's substantial enough to feel like quality.The seal is OK for a ceramic mug, but honestly, I don't use the lid much. But I DO use the sleeve. Otherwise it's going to burn me, but yay! I don't have to drink from plastic or steel - there's something so much more satisfying about ceramic.I dropped this thing and somehow it's still perfect - no chips. IMHO, this thing has been worth every penny.Best impulse purchase I've made since the last time I treated us to some Bosmarlin reactive glaze mugs ;)

Good mug but lid could brake after a while.

I didn’t write the review when I got the mug because I wanted to use it for a bit, before I gave a proper review. I’ve had the mug for ten months and I’m happy with it. It holds a lot of liquid, keeps it hot for the first 30 minutes after brewing and pouring. On a very cold day it keeps hot for 20 minutes after brewing and going outside. Then it starts to slowly cool off. My drive to work is 20 minutes so it works for me. It fits well in my cup holder even with the little brown cover they give you. It didn’t spill. The lid was tight. Now here are the cons; after the first couple of months the little slider that goes back and forth that covers the opening where you drink from broke. I never put it in the dishwasher, just washed it by hand so it wouldn’t melt or anything. Still it broke and then it completely broke. (Whomp whomp) I was so sad bc I really like this mug. I use it everyday in the fall/winter for my drive to work. I will reach out to the company to see if they sell new lids. Or maybe Amazon has other lids I can buy. I highly recommend this product but be very very gentle with the lid. It’s a great product if you’re like me and like to use ceramic and glass mugs to avoid the taste of metal.

Meh...? It held less volume than we wanted.

It didn't hold as much as I had hoped, and the lid was REALLY hard to get on and off. It's not a sealed top, so it's not spill-proof, but the top really is difficult to get on.It's fully ceramic, which is what I thought I'd like. But it seems to take up a lot of space for the wall, thus not holding as much, and it doesn't insulate as well. It gets hot and cold more easily than something like a Yeti or Rtic.We ended up returning it for the reasons of the lid and its capacity. It's color was great, though. We just needed something that was a bit more travel-focused and opted for something that fully seals and can be tossed into a bag or tote without fear of it coming completely open or just spilling outright.

Defective lid. No response from customer support.

Item arrived with defective lid. It started disintegrating and leaving bits of the lid seal on the inner rim of the mug as I was unboxing it. The whole inner lip has a thick sticky residue. Obviously the lid is useless with chunks of the seal crumbling off it. It was packaged well, I just think this was a really old item and the lid started breaking down in the warehouse or wherever it was shipped from.Cannot return through Amazon, so I emailed the Bosmarlin customer support email listed on a card that came with the mug. It has been 5 days with no response so far.Will update review if they can reach out and fix this.

Perfect gift for a coffee lover or for yourself
