Quality, ease of cleaning on top rack of dishwasher (washed them before first use), color (LOVE THIS BLUE VIOLET/LAVENDER COLOR), stackability, perfect assortment of sizes, hence versatility and usefulness. I do need to use plastic bowls for some things though normally would use stainless steel, cast iron, or glass, but this is BPA free with nice rubber "feet" on the bottom (it's a ring around each bowl's base) to help prevent slippage or spillage. RECOMMEND
