Perfect for a smaller table, or tight seating

These are very sturdy. They are a nice size for a small table, which is exactly what I was looking for. I like that they double as hot pads. I honestly did not expect much, but these are way better than I had expected. The thickness is perfect for a placemat, but not bulky. They look nice as well.These work really well on round tables. The size was important, the table I needed them for was a pub/cafe style round table, and I only needed two. They are perfect.

Perfect, even matching existing (older) set

These are great table mats for an oval table and they wash up well. I was delighted to discover that these new mats exactly match an older set I have. Even better--and a surprise--there were four matching coasters with this new set of four oval table mats! The coasters are great for beverages while the table mat is full of silverware and plate. Extremely strong Petroleum smell. Do not buy these!

Absolutely horrible smell of petroleum that permeated the house when I opened the package. trying to wash it out, but also made the laundry room smell strongly of petroleum oil. They were advertised as to be a natural product. I will be filing a refund complaint.

Well made but stinky

These are well made but the claim to be all natural is untrue. They have a very strong chemical smell when you open the package. This is something I plan to serve food on them at my dining table, so that is a definite turn off. I know they treat them because of vermin in shipping but still, couldn't they use cedar or something natural? The description does claim they are natural and eco friendly.Other than that they are pretty, thick and well made. The oval ones are a generous size too. I got the grey but really wish they had a nice muted green. The color is a pale grey though and will go with just about anything.
