One glass had an imperfection in it. The company sent a new set immediately with no problem. The Snifter Glasses were just what I wanted for drinking my cognac. Almagic the shipper was spot on with the warrenty.

I got this for my rental property as a nice to have kind of glass. They aren't heavy. They are light weight and feel a little fragile, but for the price, it's what you can expect. They do feel nice in your hand. They hold a nice amount of liquid. The price is about right for the quality. I wish they were packed better as we had one come broken. I like them for a rental, but for my own I'd likely buy something else.

I tried these glasses, and was pleased with the feel of them. I really like the thicker glass when entertaining guests, as there is less chance of breakage. This is a small snifter, but my drink of choice tasted just as good as when using my larger glasses. A 3 oz pour falls right at the widest point of the glass. Overall, I recommend this product!
