I've only used it a few times, but so far so good! I appreciate how easy it is to clean and it seems more than powerful enough for my needs.I am not a fan of the included plastic measuring/mixing cup. It feels cheap. I would much prefer glass or no cup at all, this just feels like filler.

This is a far more powerful and an easier to clean upgrade for my 20+-year-old immersion blender. The design of the guard/blade makes blending hot or cold sauces and soups easier, and made perfect mayonnaise. Highly recommended.

Works very well

I have tried many of the cheaper hand blenders and they all start out doing well and them the motor dies within 6 months or so. This wasn't much more than those "bargain" models and is so much better! It feels more substantial and does a much better job at blending.The feel is good--the handle is easy to grasp and the buttons are well-placed and easy to depress. The two pieces come apart easily and the bottom can be cleaned in the dishwasher.The bell-shaped bottom is very effective in blending more fully. I always had trouble with the others in getting the ingredients near the top to blend with the rest but you can actually see this pulling the ingredients downward to blend better.Yes, it was more expensive than some others (not by much) but I would never go back to one of those, due to durability and blending issues.Would definitely recommend this product.
