Keeps Bread Fresh!!!

I’ve always had trouble with storing fresh baked bread. If I left it out on the counter it kept its great texture but would get moldy so fast that it would need to be tossed. Whereas when I would keep it in the fridge it would last longer but lose a significant amount of its texture. These bags help with both scenarios which is amazing. I just had a loaf on the counter in a bag for a week and it was as good at the end of the week as the beginning! The loaf that I put in a bag and kept in the fridge all week looks absolutely amazing still and has all the textures I would expect it to have if it were fresh baked.These bags have great overall value because they save me from using a bunch of gallon zipper bags that I just throw away. They are also very large and hold very big loaves, but can be rolled in a way that any size loaf can be preserved in them! As far as cleaning goes, all I’ve had to do is dump out any crumbs and all was good to go for a new loaf! I haven’t tried freezing bread in them yet like they suggested in the instructions, but I think they will succeed in that job as well!
