High quality, beautifully crafted cabinet
Nicely packaged-The box arrived in a secure, well packed box with foam sheets to protect the wood.Included all tools-The box included an Allen wrench, plus a few spare parts to ensure proper assembly.Easy to assemble-instructions were clear and the box was easy to assemble in about 20 minutes. All holes aligned well and pieces fit together tightly.The size is perfect-The box will be used for extra medications but most will use it as a traditional bread box.Beautiful appearance-The back of the box is real wood, not cardboard. The wood finish is smooth and evenly stained. I would compare it to Amish wood products.Function-the door functions well, is easy to move up and down. The shelf is easily adjusted, and stays securely in place once it is placed.Overall very well made, beautifully crafted wood cabinet.

Well-made and functional!
I got this bread box for extra storage in my kitchen, and I absolutely love it so far! It was easy to put together, and all the parts align properly - the door slides as it should, and there are no gaps when it is closed. I ended up using it to store onions, garlic, etc., and it works great for this purpose as well. It is on the larger side compared to typical bread boxes and has an extra shelf on the inside. It did not smell like anything when I unpacked it, and it looks very nice, just as pictured.

Could be better
I had high hopes for this Bread Box for Kitchen Countertop because I loved the look of the adjustable shelf and acrylic window — it seemed like a stylish, large-capacity bread storage solution for our farmhouse-style kitchen.Unfortunately, the quality isn’t very impressive for the price. The wood feels thin and not particularly sturdy, and when I first unpacked it there was a noticeable old, fake-wood smell that took a good bit of cleaning and airing out to get rid of. It didn’t make the bread smell bad, but it was distracting until I got it fully wiped down and ventilated.Once set up, it does hold a fair amount of baked goods, and the adjustable shelf is a nice feature — but overall the construction feels a bit cheap, especially compared to other countertop organizers I’ve used.If you need a large bread storage bin and like the design, it can do the job — just don’t expect premium quality right out of the box, and be ready to clean and air it before use.

First off, this is a bread cabinet, not a bread box. Yes, technically it may be a box in the same sense that a lion is a cat, but not every cat is a lion. This is why this piece of furniture is a cabinet for housing bread and not a breadbox. With that confusion out of the way, what we have here is a meticulously designed and engineered real wood cupboard with top-notch woodwork. Bewildering, however, is the inexplicably shoddy fit and finish of the superfluous inner red rubber lining trim. It would have been just perfect without that unnecessary addition.
