Frustrating
This was very disappointing, and it started from the beginning. It had no instructions, and there wasn’t much in the description on-line.A rectangular box arrived with a white lid, and a pump. We later noticed there was also a white plastic rectangle inside the box. After looking at the description over and over, we noticed there were some pictures with fruit, and some with canned drinks in it. That is when we found the rectangle and put it in the freezer.In the meantime, when trying to get instructions on how to use the pump, how much to pump it, and where to put the pump, I never got any feedback other being told it is simple to use.We did not think so.We tried putting the frozen rectangle in the bottom of the box with a canned drink. After pumping for a very long time (we did not know how long to pump, but gave it the college try), we left the drink in the box. When a good amount of time passed, we tested the temperature of the canned drink with a temperature gun from the outside, that way we did not have to break the seal on the box.Sadly, the temperature was warmer in the box with the frozen rectangle than it was in our home.This can be used for storage, but it is an expensive storage box. But that is the only thing we can rate it for.As far as its qualities go, since we have no instructions, we don’t know if it doesn’t work right, or it has user error.

Small, If you are using a bread machine like me, I make the 1 1/2 lb loaves and they do not fit in this, not even on its side.I am very disappointed. As for the quality it is well made, locks tight and it does draw a nice vacuum. I do not know how long it holds as I open it every day for lunches.
