best bread knife. My husband and I are both left handed and we were unable to unscrew the blade to change it's direction so it works better for us as lefties - we love this knife. Very sharp, does a good job

This bread saw has a nice, long blade to get through a wide loaf, I like that you can line up your slice between the handle and the blade and it comes out pretty straight. Also happy it comes with guards. The teeth are more protruded than I’d prefer and I have injured myself with them.
