Great bread making tool set to enhance your baking sessions
This set was a great addition to my bread baking utensils. While I do not use the mixer tool very often, I know that some people love it. It does mix dough very well, but cleaning it can be a bit tiresome. The scraper is awesome and very handy. I use it all the time when I bake sourdough bread twice a week. The scoring tool is also incredibly convenient, although I had to try a few times how to attach the blades best so they wouldn't come out. I wanted the blade in a slight angle but that didn't work. Now I insert it straight and it works fine. I will check out what other items this company offers because this set looks like really good quality and very durable so far. It sure has contributed greatly to my constant baking sessions.

Bench scraper is good- whisk was useless
Ok, so the 4 starts are for everything in here that wasn’t the whisk. Easy to use, easy to clean, sturdy, and gets the job done. The whisk’s metal piece that holds it on to the wood handle was loose and there was a hole cut into the handle that was impossible to keep clean. Overall- it’s a pretty decent product t, but the whisk’s metal piece needs some improvement.

Can’t wait to get baking!
There is something about baking bread that is comforting. People—women especially I expect—have been doing it for thousands of years, and not much has changed really. No matter how technologically advanced we become, there is nothing like a hands-on experience. I’ve always wanted a bread lame, but I’ve never gone out of my way to get one. This trio of bread tools inspired me. My bench scraper was getting a little beat up, so a replacement was in order. And who could resist that old-worldish dough whisk (or beater for little tiny rugs?)? I just like the way it looks! And it really works well, too! The bench scraper is much sturdier than my old one; it won’t bend. The measurement marks along the edges are a nice addition, but they are hard to read even before they are covered in flour. And the lame is beautifully made and comes with extra blades in a sturdy little plastic box. All in all, a happy purchase.

Good starter set for fledgling bakers
Is this the best-made, most beautiful set of baker's tools on the market? Nope, but for $27 you get a dough whisk, bench scraper and bread lame with a nice safety cover and extra blades, and it's certainly all a beginning baker will need.Recommended.

Good Sourdough Starter Set
The set is nice. It comes with a bench scraper which is my favorite style, and the dough mixer works well, though it's not finished as nicely as some others. The razor blades are sharp, and there's both stiff and thin options. The lam holder is nice and works well with finger tightening.
