Can only set at 10 degree increments

The description says you can set it between 70 and 130 and pictures show settings including 82 and 86 degrees however, it only can be set in 10 degree settings- 70, 80, 90, 100, 110, 120, 130 making it useless for me.

Great for bread or ferments

I was so excited to see this item because I have been wanting to make my own koji which needs consistent heat and humidity. This proofer has both a temperature and humidity gauge. It folds close to flat so storage is much nicer than most other fermentation chambers. The design is very nice with a zipper running most of the way around so it folds up easily. I'm very excited to try making my own koji and to up my sourdough game. I keep my house pretty cool so it's always been a struggle. This should change that tremendously!

Nice clean space for proofing

This is really nice quality. It has a huge capacity, yet the size is manageable once folded up. I was able to easily store this in my small kitchen with my baking pans.This is great because I was able to let my bread sit overnight on the counter without worrying about my cats getting into it or knocking it over. I actually completely forgot to turn it on, but it’s still served its purpose, I like that it’s a dedicated clean space for proofing bread.It also doubled as a nice carrying container (with its handles) for the bread once they were completed. I used it to carry over my two loaves, biscotti, and bread knife for Christmas Eve dinner, since traveling with a fresh loaves can be challenging given their large sizes!I got some chocolate from the biscotti on the inside and it wiped right off. Easy to clean.I’m sure this works great from a temperature perspective, but even if it didn’t, I’d still give 5 stars for the quality and other attributes.

Didn’t Know I Needed This, But Now Can’t Live Without It - Great Product!

I honestly never knew a bread proofing box like this existed, but wow this thing is amazing. It creates the perfect environment for raising dough, especially if you struggle with cold kitchens or inconsistent proofing conditions like I do.The temperature control makes such a difference. My dough rises beautifully and consistently without having to guess, improvise, or move bowls around the house looking for a warm spot. It takes all the stress out of the process.I also love how spacious it is. It easily fits a fairly large bowl, which is perfect for bigger batches of dough. It has handles on both sides making it easy to pick up and move if you want and has a Velcro close flap in front. The fact that it folds down for storage when not in use is a huge bonus and makes it very practical.This has quickly become one of my favorite kitchen tools. If you bake bread at all, this is a total game-changer. Good Value. Highly recommend!
