I just received this bread proofing box but the Velcro cord was missing. It is supposed to be used to hold the mat after rolling it up for storage. Very disappointed that it’s not there. Excellent piece of equipment.

I never knew a little bix could make me so happy. Not having any consistently warm areas in my house meant i had to use a portable oven to to do any proofing and stopping regularly to monitor the temperature wasted so much precious baking time. With this I am able to walk away and do other things with the knowledge that the temperature is stable and my bread will rise. It us a good size and able to easily fit my largest mixing bowl. The functions of the buttons are printed on the protective film that covers the control panel rather than on the control panel itself so unless you have an excellent memory I wouldn't remove it.
