This is an awesome proofer. Works perfectly, temperatures are correct. I really enjoy being able to set what i want and the time. It looks very nice also with a widow to see how my dough is rising. Being able to flatten and store is a great feature. Sturdy product and able to put a 9" X 13" pan of cinnamon rolls in it.

Everything in the box is as described. Set it up and set the temp to 80, it only took about 5 minutes to get up to temp. Could easily fit a couple bowls of dough. Jars pictured are for size comparison, a 1/2 pint and Pint jar for those that want to know. Heat ranges from 50-113 degrees.
