Game Changer!!!!!!

Heats on 3 sides, not just the bottom. This is a game changer, especially if you make often!!!! I love this!!! When though mine is out almost all of the time, it does folks up nicely if you need your counter space. I am going to buy another one for my niece that is baking a lot of sourdough bread like I do!!!!

Only one level

I don't know what product the other reviewers were writing about, but it does not have two levels. The 'shelf', as per the images, is a metal rack that sits on the bottom of the unit. There is no way to set it up so that you have two levels. I'm concerned that the insulation does not cover the entire area of the side, front, and back panels. There's one to two inches on each panel that is just fabric. Still, I'll see how it temps. Disappointed there is only one level.UPDATE: It works well, getting to temp quite quickly. It stayed at temp or a couple of degrees below over several hours. The humidity gauge was effective. I set a small bowl of warm water on the rack at the bottom, and humidity was consistently between 70 and 80%. I do recommend it, but it's still frustrating that people were commenting on the shelf and multiple layers when it does not have that feature. For a single layer proofing box, it's great.

Cheaply Made Crap That Smells Like Toxic Chemicals

I would not suggest buying this. I put it together and the zipper was already funky. I have no idea if it really heats to temp as it said it would take 30 minutes to get to temp and it was so junky and smelled SOOOO bad of chemicals I did not even care I knew was going to return it. I have another one that iI spent 200 and I love it had it for years I wanted a second one because I bake so much but did not want to spend 200, I gave this a shot, but it is going back.ProsI can not even think of a pro!
