Good tray, I have been using them for a few months now and I like the shape and amount of icecubes it holds. Only issue is the ice cubs are a little difficult to get out with the included lid or by poping out individually. I did find that if you gently twist the tray instead of using the lid all the cubes just pop out and slide right off.
This ice maker is very easy to use snd very easy to get the ice out.Why did you pick this product vs others?:I chose this product because it's small for my smaller freezer and it looked like it would be pretty easy too. Get the cubes out which is always kind of a pain for me. Ease of removal:I can tell you that the removal is pretty much as easy as they say it is and I'm quite happy with that. It makes me want to make ice whereas I haven't used ice trays in years cuz I hate them.Ice quality:I can't say much about the ice quality. I do use highly filtered water with it so the ice quality is higher. It just depends on what type of water you put in it. It will freeze. Functionality:The ice maker is very easy to use. You fill up the two trays, put them in the freezer empty them into the container in the freezer. It works well. It's simple. The only gripe I have is when you stack the ice trays together, the one on the bottom freezes slower. So be aware of that. I will also say it's a little bit of a misnomer that you only need one hand to empty it. You need two and this is from a guy with pretty strong hands. Overall I'm happy with this product and it works just as designed. I'm happy to be making ice now!

Many people rave about this item, but I don’t care for it. There are two ice cube trays and one of the ice cube trays my ice cubes come out perfectly when they are released from the tray. However, the second tray, when the cubes are released breaks into flakes. It’s the weirdest thing and for that reason I am not impressed by it. Also, sometimes the ice cubes are actually hard to get out of the tray. Yet, I bought it for the ease of use, and I can’t say I have been impressed.
I am impressed with this ice tray, the double stack system works perfectly for making lots of ice quicker. It is small but holds a good amount of ice.
These Ice Cube molds as well as the ice cube container for the ice cubes that you make are excellent. The Ice Cubes come out of the mold that you freeze them in very easily.The container that comes with the ice cube molds is of high quality plastic and hold a lot of the cubes that you make. Also, the Full Ice Cube Molds fit perfectly over the Ice Cube Container that holds the “ready” ice. This helps with the storage inside your freezer only taking up a small amount of space. This is extremely important to me as the Freezer I have in my Refrigerator/Freezer Unit is a top (freezer) and bottom (fridge) … my freezer is small and doesn’t hold a lot so space is at a premium and I had to actually take down the dimensions of the freezer so I could allocate the “permanent” items that will never leave the freezer in order to maximize the space for temporary frozen foods.The materials used in the Ice Cube Trays as well as the ready ice cube container is of high quality and should last a very long time. The price of these Ice Cube Trays and Storage Container is a bit high, but after receiving it and putting it to use, it is well worth the extra dollars spent. I plan on buying another set in a few months as I am on an extremely tight budget.Do yourself a favor and Buy these Ice Cube Trays and Container as you will be very happy with the Ice (or other liquids) that you freeze. I have frozen some Orange Juice to see how it would work in using them to keep my OJ ice cold and not watery if using regular water based ice cubes. I was Very Happy with the OJ Ice Cubes it made as well as the taste. I am going to try Dr Pepper next just to see how they turn out. Don’t buy a different brand if you are set back by the price as the durability, ice capacity, and space saving stackability is well worth the extra couple of dollars. The only drawback is my hands shake a bit due to nerve damage from back surgeries, so I do my best to not over-fill the trays. I have place the trays on the lowest level that I can and I fill them up with fresh water bottles from a step ladder that is as high as the level the ice cube trays fit in the freezer. Buy these and you will be happy and you will probably be buying a 2nd set, just like me.
