I loved how these cups came packed. No damage and it makes it great for storing (I purchased for a tea set that’s not out all the time). They are from good craftsmanship and I love how the drink is hot and the outside of the cup is cool. They stack nicely for cabinet storage. It’s awesome they are dishwasher safe! The company was really great to deal with if you have a problem seems like there is a policy they are very quick to respond and help.
These are great for keeping your coffee hot. The base is round so be careful not to knock them over.
Really great mugs! We were looking for double walled mugs for our new coffee machine and need specific measurements. These beauties are the perfect size. They’re a little delicate, but since we use them everyday, we’re not afraid of having to replace them for 20 bucks. We recommend tempering them with hot water before you make your coffee!
Love the look and feel of these light weight cups. The only downside is that one of my cups has a hole in the bottom that lets water in. I have tried almost everything to get it out. The other cups don't have holes at the bottom. I only wash them by hand and never in the dishwasher. Even though there is a hole in one of my cups I still would by another set of 4. They are the perfect size for my morning latte.
Very attractive little espresso cups. This simple design looks nice and won’t take up a lot of space in the cabinets. They stack quite well and also come out clean and shiny from the dishwasher.
I had high hopes for these cups, but as soon as I pulled them out of the package, I knew I made a mistake.The very first cup that I pulled out had a blemish on the side that looked like a piece of raw silica or something Not supposed to be there, that's for sure. So I started looking a little closer, and there is a torch mark on the little button on the bottom of the cup. This is caused by a poor flame when sealing that hole back up.I do know why those holes are in the bottom of the cup. When they mold the inner and outer parts together, the heat expands the air and they put this hole there to release this pressure to keep from cracking the glass. That's fine, I get it. What I don't get is why they put this right at the lowest point of the cup that IS the foot of the cup, but leave it protruding up. This cup rocks when it sits and with a full cup of coffee, there is quite a bit of pressure on that one spot. And as thin and cheap as these feel, I don't trust it.And then there is the logo. i don't mind the logo. Every company has one, and I'm all about showing it off. I knew it was there when I purchased these. But it's not straight with the handle and this drives me crazy to no end. If it was off like 40º, that is one thing. But this is off just by a couple which tells me that they just toss these into a screen printer and don't really care.In fact, with what I have seen just with these cups, "they just don't care" seems to be their motto. I do hope I can eat those words one day and come back and update this review because these can be very nice mugs. But there needs to be some quality control and there definitely needs to be workers that care as much about their job as I do about my coffee. BTaT, make me eat these words and step up your game.
I loved the look and the holding power of the 16 oz cup for lattes. The problem started after 1 month one cup held water in the double wall after dishwasher use. You can not drain. Another cup had to be thrown out today, 4 months later. I would try again if I could get replacements in single unit. I like the way the double wall holds heat....just sad about the water holding in bottom.
