Simple assembly; Sliding baskets slide in either direction; Can control height via assembly (read).___I am always on the lookout for better organization tools. When I saw this item, I decided to give it a try.___The assembly of the rack and baskets is simple with just a #2 Philips screwdriver. It comes in a few vertical sections. That means you can choose not to use all the sections if you want a shorter cabinet (like perhaps for underneath a counter overhang. Of course, that means not having all the drawers shown, but at least you know you could choose to do so. As an example: You could skip the paper towel rack, OR the fixed basket (or both) and just use the sliders. NOTE: The paper towel section has caps to finish off the square metal tubing--you can pry those out and use on the uppermost section should you wish to.___The uppermost section of this organizer is designed for 2 rows of paper towels (not sure why there are two). In our case, using this in our garage means we might just string a number of rolls of utility tape (Duct, painter's tape, electrical, etcetera) on one of these, while using the other for paper towels.___This will hold a little weight, but I wouldn't put truly heavy objects on the basket shelves, but the shelves are not advertised for that.___The basket shelves will slide in either direction, so you can install this on either end of a run of cabinets or a wall without worrying. I took the photo to illustrate this.___The uppermost basket is FIXED and will not slide.___The finish on these was typical and fine for the intended use.___This came snugly packed in an heavy carton box lined with Styrofoam, so it should survive the trip to you in decent condition.___A useful way to use a sliver of space.
