I love it! What a great machine!

This unit turned out to be better than the one they showed in the store. It has a touchscreen on the front and it works very well. Finally, the grind is perfect. My previous grinder I think was worn out because it didn’t matter where you set it, the grind was basically the same. I love the fact that I can just set the number of cups and push a button and go get the rest of the coffee making process going. This unit is also very easy to take apart and clean. That is a very nice feature. Finally the coffee doesn’t seem to be sticking to the collector container. I don’t know why butthat’s a big improvement.

Easy to use and much cleaner counter.

Happy with this grinder after having to return previous purchase with the warranty I purchased to cover the grinder. This one is easy to program because of good owners manual, quieter, faster, no static electricity spreading grinds all around. Just cleaned it for the 1st time. That was also easier and cleaner than the previous machine.

Solid Machine - But Not For Bottomless Portafilter

Overall, I really like the machine. It delivers a consistent grind size, and I like that I can use the timer feature to get a consistent amount of grounds for my espresso. However, even on the finest setting, the grind size is not suitable for making espresso when I use my bottomless portafilter. I can only get up to 2-3 bars of pressure, even when using freshly roasted beans. It works fine with my other portafilter, which is the sort that pressurizes the entire shot through a single small hole (these sorts of portafilters are never very sensitive to grind size). Just wish there were slightly finer grind settings, then it would be perfect for my use.So, for the specific case of making espresso with a bottomless portafilter - I do not recommend this grinder. For all other cases, highly recommended. It is quiet enough that I feel perfectly fine using it early in the morning without waking the house up. It's fast, consistent, and super easy to use. Great machine overall.

Quiet, clean, fine grind for our stovetop percolator.

Got this for my wife's birthday. She's been using it every day for a month now and actually loves it.I should note that she uses it to grind enough for a default setting single shot.It's surprisingly quiet and clean. I can barely hear it when I'm in the next room over unless I'm paying attention.One of the best things about it is it grinds in a concentrated spot. So she's got this stove thing with a small receptacle for the grind. She can place the single-cup percolator directly in the grinder and then go right to the stove without having to transfer the grinds. No mess, no noise, fine grind. It was exactly what I was hoping for.We've been together 20 years and I can't think of the last time a present went so well. So there it is. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a good compromise on price and quality. She uses the finest setting for her stovetop percolator.I hope it lasts!
