Precision shapes for baked goods

These square molds make perfectly symmetrical shapes out of imperfect baked goods. The stainless steel molds are adequately sturdy and will work wonderfully with soft cakes and cookies, but may be a bit more challenging to push through very firm items. Other than using them as cutters for post baked goods, you could also use them as a shaper for unbaked or while cooking foods, but results will definitely vary if used in this fashion. They are simple to use and clean up easily by hand or in the dishwasher. If you are looking to make precise looking baked goods, these molds get you there quickly with repeatable precision.

I like the sizes of these, and the squares make it really easy to fold parchment into. They are thin, but they hold up to what I use them for just fine. I will use the a ton for little gingerbread stacks for friends and coworkers this winter.
