Set is pretty but the cake stand is not sturdy enough to hold a two tier cake
The set includes three pedestal stands so you can display multiple cakes, cupcakes, or desserts together in a coordinated, eye-catching setup. I was immediately excited to see that these required absolutely no assembly to setup. They come welded and not screwed, so these are ready to use right out of the box. It was easy to pre-clean these without damaging the color or finish. The metal construction with a gold finish gives a warm, stylish look that elevates your dessert table without overpowering other décor. While this style doesn’t include tiered connectors, each stand works perfectly on its own or grouped together as a multi-level dessert display. The stands are lightweight and easy to hold/carry on their own. They sit firm and secure on flat surfaces, and there were no issues with wobbling or unevenness. The only thing that these didn’t have that would have truly elevated the overall look are mirrors, but it is easy enough to find different sized flat mirrors to add to the bases.
We used these for my son’s wedding dessert buffet. They were beautiful. The gold color was a brushed gold which was so much nicer than a shiner version. The different sizes allowed us to use different platters to add height to the buffet. Loved them and highly recommend. Easy to clean, too.
I love having cake and dessert trays for occasions and events.I liked this set because it comes with three different sizes tiers.The bigger on in fact can be used upside down as stray which what I did when I needed a gold tray.The tiers are sturdy and well made. They are not heavy but sturdy and steady on the table stvtge same time.It is good product for the price.My only take on this is the gold color shade, it is a little bit toward the yellow shade.
