Best griddle ever.
Got to say worth every penny. Love that i has not warped or pealed. It is heavy in a good way. Heats up evenly with no hot spots. Nothing has stick to yet and I have tried it out. Cleaning is a breeze due to non stick.

Sturdy. Cooks evenly. Great non-stick surface. A little pricey but you get what you pay for.
I bought this hoping that because it's a respected brand name and costs a bit that it would handle being heated up to medium heat before throwing french toast on it. And not medium high heat, medium heat. No, it warped badly on the 2nd use. Now it's a spinner that's going to heat very unevenly which to me means it's now trash, going straight into the garbage. Not only would I not recommend them, I'd recommend staying as far away as possible unless you cook on low heat and never want to heat a pan up to even a low heat before putting food on it, because of what it is you're cooking. For the companies that make cooking products, there are many foods where you need to put it in or on a pan that's already heated up. There are other foods where you put into a unheated pan, such as bacon. Could you PLEASE make stuff for cooks, as in COOKS, who want to cook their food properly and not have to rely on cast iron to be able to handle this task. I can't imagine having to try to use cast iron for a flat 12" griddle. It's weight would be hard to deal with and of course there's the hassle of keeping it seasoned which wastes energy, the main reason I try to stay away from cast iron. I know I could use carbon steel but they can warp too.
I bought this specifically for making grilled cheese sandwiches. My previous pan was the same size, but teflon that had become badly scratched over time. This is big enough to get 4 slices of bread in it at the same time which makes making two sandwiches at once a breeze.
As advertised. No stick, easy clean.
Lightweight and nonstick. Works great under medium heat. Clean with a blue scrubbing sponge to protect the surface. Definitely worth the investment.
"It pays to buy the best!" This Jackie Gleason quote from The Honeymooners goes through my mind every egg I cook. Simply a great pan that needs hardly any oil or care. If you cook grilled cheeses, eggs, or tortillas in it, it spreads heat well and no food has stuck to it yet for me.
