This Calphalon cookie sheet is such a solid pan and you can tell it is high quality just by holding it! It has a great weight to it which helps it maintain a consistent temperature while baking. A cheaper thin pan will usually cool down too much when you put the cold cookie dough on it but this one stays hot and keeps the timing perfect. It is a full size sheet at 18 inches by 13 inches so it can hold a lot of cookies at once!My wife is already planning to use this to bake a massive batch of cookies for a baby shower we are having soon and she is so excited! The nonstick steel surface looks beautiful and it feels very durable like it will last a long time. It also helps to make it easy to clean since food and crumbs don't get sticky on it. It even comes with a limited five year warranty which gives me a lot of confidence in the durability. A large and great quality pizza pan, especially for the price
This pizza pan has some really nice features that stand out from other pans that I have used in the past.It has little feet on the bottom of the pan to stop it from sliding around and creating extra stability. This is great when flattening the dough onto the pan. It's a nice feature.I love the small holes in the center of the pan. This really allows for the pizza dough to cook thoroughly, and it's easy to get it crispy, which is my preference. It also helps with even heating.The metal is thick and sturdy. It's a pan that will last for hundreds of uses.It also has a nonstick surface. It's so much easier to slide the finished pizza off the pan with this nice, slippery surface.The pizza pan is the best that I've ever used, and I also like it better than the pizza stone. It's easier to use, it holds a massive-sized pizza, and it's easy to clean. Great if you don't care about the sides being angled
Seems like great quality and heavy material, but I am returning because I like a pan that has vertical sides. The sides on this 9x13 flare out a bit.

Sturdy feel and excellent nonstick!
I am very happy with this Calphalon nonstick baking sheet. I hand washed it as per the instructions and then made a quick batch of instant cookies from a dry instant cookie mix left over from Christmas, so the recipe was not exactly from scratch and I am not entirely sure of the ingredients, but I wanted to test the sheet quickly. I followed the instructions on the cookie mix to lower the baking temperature from 350 to 325 for nonstick cookie sheets, and I am glad I did, because the cookies did brown around the edges pretty quickly and would have not baked evenly if I had set the oven for 350. Even though this is a light-colored nonstick, it seems that lowering the temperature as you would for a traditional dark nonstick is required. Otherwise, the cookies were delicious. They lifted right off of the sheet without any cooking spray needed. Cleanup was easy: just a little dish soap and a quick once over under the faucet and the sheet looked new again. I think the price is surprisingly reasonable for a Calphalon product, as you know you are getting a quality item. Five stars for sure!

Great for pizzas
For the entire time we've been at my current house we've cooked pizzas on the included pizza tray that came with the oven, which is more like a jumbo baking tray with an indentation meant for pizzas.The pizzas came out just ok, never great. We generally just attributed it to the oven or the frozen pizzas as not being great and never thought too much about it. We ended up using our toaster oven more for cooking pizzas instead, but it's not able to handle larger pizzas.Gave this one a try with a frozen pizza and it actually came out much nicer. The crust is not as tough and dry, or soggy as it sometimes is with our old pan.The air holes on the bottom kind of help with the heat I suppose, I'm not all that well versed in the thermodynamics of cooking pizza.Surface of the pan is also non-stick which made for very easy cleanup. Quite impressed with these pans.
