Short:These graters are easy to hold and use. They store nicely, stay sharp, and are super versatile in the kitchen. How have I lived 30 years without this tool?My favorite use is grating garlic—it’s fast, effortless, and easy to clean. I hate store-bought minced garlic, garlic crushers, and having to mince it with a knife. I’m a mom—I need quick and easy, and the little guy delivers every time.But it doesn’t stop at garlic: ginger, chocolate, cheese, citrus zest, frozen strawberries—this thing handles it all. And I know what you’re thinking: “It’s just a grater.” No. I’ve tried other small graters, and they don’t even come close.The only minor flaw is a little crack where the blade meets the handle. Depending on what you’re grating (soft cheese, for example), stuff can get stuck there. But for me, it’s not a big deal—I just clean it out with a straw brush I keep by the sink.
