Perfect compact size just right for making salsa and dips. Great for travel, no batteries or plugs to worry about. When I travel to Asheville to visit my daughter this is great, I can quickly make my dog treats.
My FAVORITE tool /appliance in my kitchen. I love, love, love this chopper / blender. It works great and is very easy to use plus I can chop things us as small as I want. I don't like biting into celery but I love the flavor it adds and this is a must when I make dressing. I can pull the string maybe 18-20 times and I have tiny minced celery that is not mush. I love onions so maybe 8-10 pulls gives me just the right size onions to saute for whatever I'm cooking. It is very easy to clean and so much easier than dragging out the food processor. It is well built and easy to use. I've had one for about 5 years and it still is perfect. I bought this one as a back up just in case as I don't want to be without this little chopper. I've use it for blending eggs for omelets and even for a cake from a mix. The silicone ring on the bottom keeps it from sliding around and I've had no problem with the blades remaining sharp. I can get it out of the cabinet and have an entire onion chopped in maybe one minute. I bought 8 or 9 for Christmas one year and everyone love it!
I bought this for my 80 year old dad and he got the biggest kick out of it! This is not the first chopper I have purchased for him, or the only chopper. He either didn’t like the other ones, or said they broke. He absolutely LOVES this one! I also bought this chopper for myself and I love it, too!
Nice little device. Works as advertised. The pro is the price and ease of use. The con is I'm having trouble keeping the blade secure. It appears there is no locking mechanism. Works well for small amounts of food and is very easy to use.

I use this so much more than I expected. Works great for onions, in particular. The bottom and blade have done well in the dishwasher and the top piece I hand wash.

I’ve noticed that some people overload it or try to chop items that are too hard, which can lead to breakage. However, if you follow the clear instructions included in the box, you won’t run into any issues.The pull cord mechanism is smooth and efficient, but it’s important to pull firmly—not aggressively, as if starting a stubborn lawnmower! Once the food starts breaking down, you can continue pulling until you reach your desired consistency.Cleaning & MaintenanceCleaning is super easy. I recommend wiping the bottom of the lid with a damp cloth instead of rinsing it under running water to prevent moisture from getting inside. The rest of the chopper is simple to clean and dries quickly.Final ThoughtsEven though I originally bought this for preparing bird chop, I find myself using it for my own meal prep as well! It’s a great buy for small chopping tasks, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a budget-friendly, efficient, and easy-to-use manual chopper.Would definitely purchase again!
