I love the features. The cover for the bowl so the ingredients don't fly all over the counter and wall in the kitchen and the turn valve to turn on the mixer. You can set the timer so the mixer mixes for the time needed. Really nice product.
Not too heavy and perfect for home cooking.
The metal housing feels durable, and the bowl size supports big batches of dough, batter, or even salad mixes when I’m prepping ingredients for meals. The attachments each serve a real purpose. The whisk brings air into lighter mixtures, the beater works well for everyday blends, and the dough hook makes kneading much easier. Being able to switch them quickly helps my workflow a lot. The splash guard is convenient because I can pour in sugar or flour without dealing with mess everywhere.
This mixer has helped me keep up with my meal prep routine. I often prepare dough in larger quantities, and the bowl fits more than I expected. The motor keeps a steady pace even when the mix gets heavy. The machine stays in place thanks to the base design, which is important since I don’t want to babysit the mixer the whole time. Switching from one attachment to another takes only a moment, and the tilt-head makes that step easy. I also like the timer since it helps me manage my time better when I’m cooking multiple dishes. I used the whisk to prepare a light cream mixture and it came out smoother than when I did it manually.
I do a lot of batch cooking to save time, so I needed a mixer with a bowl big enough for large quantities. This one fits the job. I used it to knead dough for a couple of big meal portions, and it didn’t shake around the counter. The suction feet actually keep it from moving, which matters when the dough gets tough. What I like most is that the mixer handles both low-speed stirring and high-speed whipping without making a loud scene. The timer helps me avoid overworking softer mixes. And since the bowl is large, I can prepare enough ingredients at once for multiple dishes, cutting down overall work time.
Very nice for the price. I did not want to spend $300 for a mixer. Happy with it.
It over heated when I was making bread. The mixer shook the whole time as well.
