My New Game Night Stein!
This Can Cooler resembles a stein so I was excited to try this thing out. It functions just as you would think with no surprises at all. It holds normal sized 12 oz cans (soda, beer, etc.) and that is all that it will hold. A tall can (like a hard seltzer) will not work with this product. The skinny cans fit inside but they don’t “fit” meaning it will slide right out. From what I have experienced, it does help the can stay cold for longer since the can is less exposed to the elements and since the can will not be physically touching your warm hand while you are holding your drink. However, don’t expect this to keep your drink cold all day as that would be unrealistic since it isn’t sealing your drink in any way.The design is simple, yet functional. I really like the handle since these type of Can Coolers are usually very slick and can be difficult to hold onto at times, but the handle certainly fixes this issue. The top screws off so that you can put a can inside and you just screw the top back on once the drink is inserted for a secure drinking experience. Lastly, which I really appreciate, is that the bottom of the Can Cooler flares outwards making the base of the cup a bit wider than the rest of the item. This helps keep the Can Cooler upright and it feels very sturdy with this addition. This widening of the base of the item also contributes to the Can Cooler looking more like a stein which is really cool and more fun in my opinion.Why did I give this four stars instead of five stars? THE LOGO! It’s huge! And it’s etched in there which is great, but I’m not a huge fan of the logo, nor do I think many others will like it, but for the reasonable price that this is offered, I’ll most likely just get some board game themed stickers and cover the logo and make the Can Cooler my own.

The can cooler definitely keeps the soda in the can cooler.I started the test at 10:23AM with both cans at 50 degrees,At 11:09 Can in COOLER was 52 degrees, can 56 degrees,At 1:45PM Can in COOLER was 58 degrees, can 65 degrees,At 3:22PM Can in COOLER was 62 degrees, can 67 degrees,At 5:16PM Can in COOLER was 64 degrees, can 67 degreesAt 9:01PM Can in COOLER was 67 degrees, can 68 degrees.The can cooler itself is well made and durable. When I first used the cooler, it was a bit tough and scratchy to unscrew the top, but it gets a lot easier after it’s broken in and the newness wears off. My only issue with this can cooler is that when you put a can in and screw on the top the opening of the can rotates with the top so it’s not easy to get the can opening in a good position to use the handle correctly. Once the top is screwed on it’s not very easy to rotate the can itself to get it into position. If you turn counterclockwise it’ll unscrew to the top and it’s almost impossible to turn the can clockwise. Maybe that too will get easier with more use but right now it’s not easy. The top has a silicone liner that keeps the can inside the cooler, and I think that is what makes it hard to turn the can. Though it's the right size and the cans fit perfectly. As it is now it’s a lot of work to get the can into the right position to where using the handle makes sense and it’s easy to drink. Taking the time to do this might be worth it for those in a hot environment. That’s my only issue with this cooler. Otherwise, I think the temperature change outlasted what the post promises. The post says it’ll keep your drink cooler for 4-6 hours.I tested this can cooler twice and got the same results. I wanted to update and confirm that as you use the cup it becomes a lot easier to use. The top is much easier to screw on and it’s also much easier to turn the can clockwise if you have to move the can opening position. I think $17 is a good value.

The reviewers saying this doesn't keep cans cool, or that the cans won't fit, don't seem to realize that the top of the can holder is a screw on lid. A can will not fit inside if you don't remove the top to insert one, but the fit is absolutely perfect once you do, so please ignore those reviews entirely.This can cooler is very well made, and as I said, perfectly fits a standard 12oz can. The top unscrews to allow you to insert the can, then twists back on to keep your can incredibly cold. I'm surprised I haven't seen one of these before, it really works great! The finish and feel of the cooler is exactly the same as a stainless steel tumbler, with walled vacuum sealed interior, and a very sturdy handle with easy-to-grip design.The cooler works just as a well as a stainless steel tumbler does, keeping the beverage surprisingly cool inside and it's quickly becoming one of my go-to choices. The cans are easy to insert and remove, it keeps your drinks chilled, and even functions as a built-in coaster so you don't get water rings on the furniture, I'm very pleased with my order.As for cons, I do think it might be a bit pricey for what it is, but I do think it's worth it overall, and the handle is a bit small, so larger hands probably won't be able to fit all fingers in there. Otherwise, this is definitely recommended!
