Handy thermometer spatula

This spatula feels quite sturdy, and was up to the job of stirring my double peanut brittle. It is easy to wash once the thermometer is removed (just have to pull it out of the end). It is roughly the same size as my usual spatula in terms of length and face size.The thermometer is intuitive to use and easy to read. It did read about 7-8 degrees over my usual (non digital) candy thermometer, but I imagine it is because my manual thermometer is slow and this is instant read. I believe it to be reasonably accurate when the spatula opening is submerged. Unfortunately the power button is in a place that I grab to stir, so I accidentally turned it off several times while stirring my thick candy. I imagine it would be easier to use with items that don't require muscle to stir!I hand wash the thermometer seperately from the spatula. This did come with a small screwdriver and spare battery, but did not have a pot clip in my box.

These do not work

There’s a difference between just manufacturing products, and actually manufacturing quality products had gotten three of these in returning them all. Brand new right out of the box. They don’t work the jump back-and-forth between Celsius and Fahrenheit and the temperature just jumps all over the place back-and-forth and all of them. They do the same thing I made candy I need the temperature to be correct will not be ordering these ever again.
