This knife looks fancy compare to the rest of my kitchen knives. Its also sharp right out the box! This knife is heavier than my other knives due to it having a mostly metal handle rather than a plastic on which is nice. And it didn't take me long to get use to the weight being more on the handle than the blade.I've used this knife to make some pico de gallo and it was able to chop tomatoes, herbs, and onions with ease! If you're looking for a quality knife at the $50~ price you can't go wrong with this one! I would definitely recommend it!

I have really enjoyed using this knife

It looks great. It feels really nice in my hand. it holds an edge. The food doesn't easily stick to it due to those little groove things. Don't know what they are called and I am sure they have a name. I have probably used this knife 50-60 timers and only hit it on the little sharpening rod for a couple of strokes and it is right back like I got it brand new. Wish I had bought an entire kit of these things. Nice handle too.

I only wish it came with some sort of sleeve since there is no room for it in my knife block. I will have to find a proper place to store it when not in use. High quality knife.
