Great Quality food prep knife.I keep this one (4" straight blade) sitting on my prep block, it gets used fifty + times a day.Super Sharp, very dangerous in the wrong hands.Handle to blade ratio (weight) feels great in the hand and makes slicing a breeze.
It is well engineered and extra sturdy and very sharp. It has its own wooden sheath and a powerful magnet to attach easily to an iron (or steel) objact.

Everyone should have at least one peeling knife like this in their toolbox in the kitchen. It’s well-made, I’ve used it quite a bit now, and it stays pretty sharp. I like the cover is magnetic, not very bulky, and a nice wood material.
