10/10 Favorite knife in my kitchen

Hands down this is my favorite knife in the kitchen. If I had the finances to purchase a complete set of this brand of knives, I wouldn't hesitate. The knife arrived well packaged, presented very well, provided care instructions, and a knife sleeve.I have used this to butcher two turkey's, plenty of chicken, pork, even veggies. This knife is very sharp, clean cuts 👌, made prepping meals and prepping to freeze meats super simple (and saved time). A good sharp knife is a true necessity in any kitchen.Because of how sharp it is, proper knife skills are very important (even the slightest accidental nudge of the blade will cut you).The care instructions state not to wash in the dishwasher (I'm sure with any similar product it will cause water stains/damage). This really should be something you handwash and dry to ensure the quality of the product remains intact. Best knife I've personally have owned. I would love to have a complete set.

The knife came in a very beautiful box with wonderful presentation. The knife has excellent finish with printing. Handle is smooth and seamless. It is heavy. I cut some meat with it. It was sharp. I also sliced some tomatoes and broccoli. It cut like butter.You can also gift this knife in the factory packaging. No extra work needed. I am pleased to add this knife into my collection of german, japanese, and chinese culinary knife sets. I am not a chef but we do cook a lot so I enjoy professional knifes. I ordered this for my fiancé, who dos most of the cooking in our home as well as getting ready for culinary school and he was VERY pleased and impressed with this knife!The blade work is beautiful and the handle is nicely weighted which makes the knife feel balanced and of extra high quality!We both love the red detailing on the knife and the sheath is also magnetic to help keep it on the knife and no accidental sheath removal!Very high quality and I highly recommend

It looks like quality and it feels like quality.

I am not much of a kitchen knife expert but this is definitely sharper out of the box than both my Cuisinart and my Koch Messner, which makes sense, because it also costs considerable more. I used it to debone a chicken, and also to shave off the rind of a cantaloupe, both accomplished with ease. I do not think I would want to pay as much as they want for this knife, but I do think it is a fair value, perhaps even worth more than what they are asking. I reiterate that it is very sharp, so please be careful. Sharp knives are great but I am a little nervous when cleaning them.
