GOOD ENOUGH FOR SMALL BATCH

Good enough for the price. 1 jar popped out of 30. I didn't use the accessories because I don't use plastic with hot foods especially the plastic funnel. It will fit 5 'ball' standard size jars and less if the jar is wide mouth, the photo shows 7 jars so those must be smaller, just be prepared for more bath times if your doing a large bulk like tomato sauce. I like to wait for a time lapse cool down before removing jars because they are safer to move around without compromises. Some discoloration oxidation to the metal outer surface after I washed it in the dishwasher, it's not great quality stainless steel. Therefore not expecting to use it for other food grade uses except for canning.
