Greatest pan on Earth

Best EVER!!! I'm usually very critical on quite a few products offered on Amazon because they don't live up to their reviews or building quality expectations. If you are in the market for a high quality fryer pan, this is by far the best pan I have ever seen in my entire life. It is quite expensive compared to all the others, but you need to know that if Rolls-Royce is supposedly the best car available built by hand, then this pan far exceeds the equivalence of what a Rolls-Royce is. If you're hesitant, don't be. The build quality of this pan is off the charts amazing. In other words, you do get what you pay for. It is expensive, but will probably last a hundred years with good care and you can most likely pass it down a generation or two to your family members. Seriously, best ever!!!

This is my fourth purchase of a Caraway product. The first is a 10" frying pan which I've had over a year now and gets used at least once a day on a Induction range. This pan looks and works the same as the day we bought it. Yes! you don't want to use high heat. Everything still cooks just fine. We really like this cook ware. looks nice, cleanup is a breeze, follow instructions and it will last a long time. No Teflon, food taste great. Looks and performance

What an investment in cooking. It looks amazing, and cooks everything like a chef made it. Really, I literally use this pan for all of my cooking. I use a little olive oil or vegetable oil and never non-stick spray. It is heavy but not quite as heavy as the same size cast iron skillet. After cleaning I leave it on my stove top and get a lot of compliments.
