Great griddle for a good price. Handle got bent a bit from shipping. The hot pads are good but the meat press is meh
I gave this to my daughter for Christmas and she loves it.
Got this for my husband for Christmas. He loved it.
Love this griddle! It fits perfectly into my oven and it is the one tool for grilling the pork ribs!
Very pleased with this griddle. Works great on our new induction stove. Do yourself a favor and get a temp gun to figure out where the hot and cold spots are and the temp. You don’t have to crank up the stove anymore. Be sure to season the griddle again before use. Had issues with stuff sticking at first. After a few cook cycles it works amazing.
Overall, I’m quite satisfied with this pan, even though it isn’t perfect.I’ve always struggled between choosing a completely nonstick pan that might be less healthy, or a safer material that tends to stick. This carbon steel pan feels like a good balance. It claims to have no coating, just pure carbon steel, so it should be safe. After a few uses, it does stick a little sometimes, but it’s manageable and very easy to clean with a stiff brush, something you definitely can’t do with Teflon pans. So that’s a big plus. The pan is also huge, almost as wide as my whole stove. It could work well in the kitchen, though because it’s fairly shallow, oily food can spill out more easily. It’s not quite a traditional deep frying pan.Still, overall, a good and practical choice.
