High quality pan and spatula set!

Really happy with this carbon steel wok! It heats up fast and cooks evenly which is great for stir-frying. The size is perfect for family meals and it’s not too heavy to handle. The glass lid is a nice touch as I can see my food without lifting it. The steel spatula feels durable and works well with the wok. I’ve used it on both my gas and induction stoves with no issues. Definitely not the worst wok I've ever owned.

I used my new wok last night for stir fry.Pros:1. The heat distribution was great.2. Nothing stuck to the pan, and clean up was a breeze.3. The wooden handle is very comfortable for holding.4. The lid fits perfectly.5. The handle's eye hook is perfect for hanging the pan up.6. The stainless steel spatula seems well made and not too heavy to handle during cooking.Cons:1. The bottom is not flat.I have a glass cook top and the pan was wobbling around on it's bottom, quite a bit.2. There is a folded over lip around the rim of the pan. I have concerns that water might get trapped in there, and cause rust and corrosion. We shall see. 🤷‍♀️Overall, I am not extremely thrilled with the functionality of the pan, due to the rounded bottom. However, I was pleased with how well the heat was distributed around the entire pan, which facilitated quick and even cooking of the stir fry. The stainless steel spatula worked wonderfully for turning the food during cooking. Clean up was a breeze, with hot water being enough to take food debris off the pan. I appreciate being able to use soap on this pan, though I don't know if it's really necessary, as food comes off very easily and the metal needs to retain it's seasoning. I did rub some oil on the pan after washing and drying.I recommend the manufacturer implement better quality control, in regard to the bottoms of the pans. A flat pan bottom is an absolute 'must have' for glass cooktop owners.
