These are very good quality and I strongly recommend, for use by individual. Not big enough for anything to be shared with more than one individual, unless sharing 1/2 cup of mixed fruit with 2-shots of tequila lol; they do offer, for a slightly higher price, more of these items which are bigger/hold more. I know because I have purchased & currently use, regularly, another, larger container of same brand.
