I could not be any more impressed with this set of pots and pans! They are very lightweight, and store in a small space because they are stackable and have removable handles. They are perfect for RVs, apartments and condos, but I'd still want and use this set if I had all the room in the world.The non-stick coating hasn't let me down yet. Everything slides right off of it. I also like that it's not going to shed toxic particles into my food like they say that regular non-stick cookware does.The real beauty of these though, is that I can cook something in one of the pots, and instead of bagging up the leftovers, I can just pop the handle off, put on the silicone lid, and stick it in the refrigerator. You can even stack the two pots with lids. Then when I'm ready to eat the leftovers, I put the handle back on and put the pot back on the stove. When it's all gone, I pop the handle off again, and it goes straight into the dishwasher. That's right, they're dishwasher safe! I mean, c'mon... how could it get any better than that?I wish I could buy extra handles for them. Not because I need more handles while cooking, but because I would rather hang them on my wall rack for storage than to stack and store them in a cabinet. These are great that way though, that stack into a small space and they include protectors to put between them so they don't get scratched.I've seen some generic handles for sale on Amazon so I may go that route just to be able to hang them all at the same time.All of the pots and pans have pouring spouts built-in, so when you need to drain something out of them, it's super easy to do. With the lid on the pan, it leaves just enough room for liquid to drain out of the spouts so you can simply tilt and pour it out without needing any kind of colander or strainer that you have to wash later.They were thinking when they made this set. It's as practical as it is beautiful, and absolutely worth the price and then some!
