It' a nice looking knife and seems to be made from high quality materials. It's much larger than I expected. Would be nice for carving a turkey or something big like that. I have not had the occasion to use it come up yet but from looking it over I'm sure it will do a nice job.

This Carving Knife Is A Great Addition To Your Collection!

It is completely evident from the second you take this knife from the very nice gift box it's shipped in that it is a quality piece. Everything from the materials used to make this knife to the construction of it is top notch! Just comparing this carver to knives from not too long ago for more money will make you shake your head. Way back in the day, we didnt have access to knives like this on our salaries! You got a cheap knife and sharpened it over & over!! This is a lifer for under 4 bits!! With a lifetime warranty!! I will say the only thing that I can knock it for will be the slenderness of the handle, I wish it was bigger. I do have big hands though (That's why I didn't take away a star) so I'd love to see what others think of this point. I've used it so far on turkey, London Broil & a pork roast! It was amazing with all 3!! The length of it is also a big plus! Cant wait till I smoke my next Brisket! Go ahead and buy this knife with confidence because you cant go wrong at this price!
