I love this knife, it's my new go to knife for all my meat slicing. I was pleasantly surprised at how well it works, it keeps an edge really well too. A quick swipe or two with my sharpening steel & it's off to the races. I'll get another one for my RV too.
I love this knife.We have the big brother to this one too.Very sharp and very serviceable knives.
I have an 11" carving knife, but never use it due to it being hard to store and retrieve when needed. The short blade on this knife means it can fit in the rack with my regular knives, making it much more convenient. I mostly use it on chicken. The edge seems fairly sharp and well-made. The only real negative is that it has a pebbled plastic grip which isn't great, but given how little it's needed to quickly prepare chicken or other meat for presentation, it's hardly a deal breaker.
I have professionally used knives for years. This is a really good slicing knife. You should get one

This is a great knife for slicing meats or bread. Cuts very smoothly with no crumbling.
Rusted after one use and wash. Avoid this thing at all costs.
