NICE HEAVY CUTLERY, GREAT VALUE FOR $$

I was dubious ordering because this was inexpensive compared to German/Swiss name brand knives.But I already have some really good knives, but needed a longer knife for cutting up the Thanksgiving Turkey and my Yule Prime Rib -- so far, this set has performed GREAT. Very satisfied. It's nice and heavy, I had no trouble carving a 16 lb turkey, I'll soon be using on an 8 lb prime rib for Yule. Highly recommend this set. Ergonomically they hold in my smaller female hands very well, nice heft, yet able to manipulate to carve out the breast of the turkey to slice up for serving. The fork is VERY hefty and helps stabilise your roasts - some forks are whimpy, this is not. This would also make a great gift IMO.
