This a cute little cast iron pan, with a lid that can double as a small skillet. I’m a sucker for cast iron so I was excited to get this. It comes with a basting brush for seasoning the pan. For some reason in the box was a big wad of string (pictured) - I have no idea why. The markings on the entire box and paper inside the box were in Chinese (which I can’t read) - and the post doesn’t say anything about the string so maybe it was just for packaging for some reason? Anyway, this does appear to be a quality cast iron pan - and like all cast iron will last a long time with proper care (hand wash, re-season with high smoke point oil).
This is a perfect small pot for one or two people's meals. Like all cast iron, you should season the pot with oil before using it. I had no issues with sticking after seasoning. I did bits of chicken stir-fried and then added broth to make a stew, and it worked perfectly, letting the flavour of the nice seared chicken bits flow into the sauce. The walls of the pan are quite thick, so it keeps its heat. Once you get the pot up to temp, it cooks nicely and evenly.
